How Can erectile Dysfunction Be Treated?

hi doc, im a 23 years boy. I have this doubt in myself that im having erectile disfunction. i never had sex but when i masturbate my penis dont erect to 90 degree and it is little tiled downward and my masturabtion duration will be maximum 20 mins or so. kindly give an explanation about my condition. I have seen may videos both porn and doctorial videos.. in all videos the penis is erect atleast 90degree ( straingtht) but mine is little downward pointing. some 70 degree or so. pls clarify me
